Renganathan is a Corporate Law Advisor with previous experience at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited and the TATA Group.

He is a Fellow Member of ICSI and ICMA, as well as a lawyer.

With 33 years of professional experience, his areas of work include governance, company law, investment banking, corporate restructuring, NBFCs, and related matters in corporate law.

Currently, he provides advisory services to listed companies, SEBI-registered intermediaries, NBFCs and on activities such as fund-raising and corporate restructuring. He also serves as an Independent Director.

He is a member of the Professional Skill Development Committee of ICSI, has been part of the Company Law Review Committee formed by the MCA to review the Companies Act, 2013, and was a member of the Secretarial Standards Board of ICSI. He is a senior faculty member for business schools and professional institutions and has delivered sessions both nationally and internationally.
