In 2016, she was appointed as a Company Secretary in a multinational company, where she further honed her skills in handling complex legal and compliance issues. However, driven by her entrepreneurial mindset and passion for independent consulting, she founded her own firm in 2018, marking the beginning of her journey as a Practising Company Secretary under the banner of S. Pawaskar & Co. which is now Sonali Pol & Co.
